   I was a competitive swimmer for 10-12 years, up through high school, but I quit my first year of college. I lost most of my muscle mass, and I am looking to get back into shape and put on some lean muscle and tone. I am considering starting up swimming again on my own, and I was wondering if adding a Whey protein supplement would have any effect, and also which one would help the most.
